Child Safety Policy

Core supervision, wellbeing, collection, photography and privacy expectations for children participating at Trax.

This practical draft is published for transparency and should be reviewed and formally approved by Trax management and qualified Jordanian legal counsel.

Supervision and participation

  1. A parent or authorised guardian remains responsible for a child unless the child is formally checked into a supervised Trax programme that expressly provides otherwise.
  2. Age, height, skill and health requirements vary by activity. Staff may pause or refuse participation where instructions are not followed or participation presents a reasonable safety concern.
  3. Guardians must provide accurate emergency contact and relevant safety information and remain reachable during supervised programmes.

Safe conduct and wellbeing

  1. Bullying, intimidation, harassment, violence, unsafe play and inappropriate language or contact are not permitted. Concerns should be reported promptly to a Trax manager.
  2. Children who are unwell, have a contagious condition or cannot participate safely should not enter an activity. Guardians should tell staff about relevant allergies, injuries or support needs before participation.
  3. In an urgent situation, Trax may provide reasonable first assistance and contact emergency services and the guardian. Any costs charged by third-party medical providers remain subject to applicable arrangements and law.

Collection, photography and privacy

  1. Where a supervised programme uses check-in and collection, children will be released only according to the authorised collection information provided to Trax. Identification may be requested.
  2. Trax will seek appropriate permission before using an identifiable child’s image for promotional purposes. Guardians and visitors must respect the privacy of other children when taking photographs or videos.
  3. Personal information about children is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Jordanian data-protection requirements.
