General safety

  1. The play area is designed for children aged 1–10 years.
  2. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. Staff are available to assist, but responsibility remains with the caregiver.
  3. Children must be accompanied by an adult inside the facility.

Clothing and hygiene

  1. Children and adults must wear socks at all times. Shoes and bare feet are not allowed.
  2. Comfortable play clothing is recommended, without sharp objects, zippers or belts.
  3. Children should be clean and free of fever, flu or other contagious conditions.

Play rules

  1. Rough play, pushing and climbing outside designated areas are not allowed.
  2. Food, drinks, gum and candy are not allowed inside the play structures.
  3. Personal toys are not permitted inside the soft play area for safety and sharing reasons.
  4. Use equipment as intended. Slides are for sliding down, not climbing up.

Food and drinks

  1. Food and drinks may only be consumed in the designated seating area.
  2. Outside food and beverages require prior approval, including birthday cakes for parties.

Liability

  1. Management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  2. The supplied rules state that the play area accepts no liability for injuries caused by equipment misuse or lack of supervision.
  3. Entry to the play area indicates agreement to follow these rules for everyone’s safety.

Special events and parties

  1. Birthday and private-party bookings must be made in advance.
  2. Decorations and outside catering are subject to management approval.
